These general conditions of sale apply to all orders (hereinafter "orders") accepted by the company Etna Wall, coming from the customer (hereinafter "customer").
By transmitting the order, you unconditionally accept and undertake to observe these general conditions of sale.
Orders are always subject to acceptance. No order will be considered binding until it has been accepted with the confirmation issued by the latter.
Payment Methods
The Products purchased may be paid for in the following ways:
CREDIT CARD/PayPal
The customer can use the circuits proposed during the compilation of the order, guaranteed by PayPal. The payment system is secure since it uses the most up-to-date encryption systems for sensitive data.
BANK TRANSFER
We accept bank transfer as a method of payment. The Products are purchased with the receipt of the amount transferred to the Etna Wall account.
Shipments
The products purchased will be delivered by the best couriers.
Etna Wall is not responsible for any delays in the delivery of products attributable to the shipper or due to force majeure.
At the time of delivery of the products by the courier, you are required to check that the packaging is intact, not damaged, not wet, nor altered in the closing materials. If you find any damage, you must immediately report it to the courier who makes the delivery.
Once the courier's document has been signed, without affixing any note in the document, you will not be able to make any objection about the external characteristics of what has been delivered.
Pursuant to art. 1510 of the Civil Code regarding distance purchases, Etna Wall has no responsibility for any delays in delivery caused by the carrier. Nor is it in any way responsible for damages caused by the carrier. The law provides that the responsibility of Etna Wall ends when we deliver the package to the courier.
Right of withdrawal
Pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005, there is the right to withdraw from the contract, without the need to provide any reason, by sending an email to etnawall.com within the mandatory term of 14 days from the date of receipt of the product(s).
Returned products must be sent to Etna Wall within 14 days of sending the notice of withdrawal in a single shipment.
The right of withdrawal can be exercised only if the products are perfectly intact at the time of return.
Upon receipt of the products, Etna Wall will verify compliance with the terms indicated and if the verification is positive will communicate by email the confirmation of acceptance of the return and will refund the amount paid minus the sum of the shipping costs made. This deduction will not be applied in case of responsibility of Etna Wall for defect of Product or for delivery different from what is indicated in the order.
The reimbursement of the sums paid, in case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, will be performed by Etna Wall against those who made the payment.
